Job description
JOB PURPOSE
To achieve success, it is critical that the Dupixent Product Manager:
· Will develop marketing strategies aligned with product’s goals to accelerate the patient’s experience during the patient journey on relevant diseases
· Will develop marketing strategies aligned with product’s goals to leverage the concept of type 2 inflammation and to differentiate Dupixent with this concept
· Implement promotional plans within agreed budget to promote the indication in Israel.
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Develop strategies for the products, set objectives and propose budget
· Implement marketing plan and take action accordingly
· Adjust the product’s strategy according to market environment
· Set priorities consistent with company goals and focus on high priority opportunities
· Lead the process of building patient’s journey for all relevant indications with Sanofi’s touch points
· Make sure to get external endorsement of the product
· Allocate resources (e.g. time, funds) consistent with priorities
· Lead the cross functional collaboration between different specialties treating type 2 inflammation
· Implement a digital strategy and tactics to support industry and global evolvement
· Obtain approval of promotional materials within code of practice with Regulatory Affairs and Medical department
· Maintain product competitors and Health Care environment knowledge
· Analyse the market place and anticipate future changes to create competitive advantage
· Continually review product/market performance to assess the success of the programs and whether additional/different resources are needed
· Develop and lead patient support program
· Collaborate closely with public affairs on DTC projects

· Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company

INTERNAL
Cross Functional Collaboration with:
· Internal: Other PM’s, Sales Team Manager ,PA head, Sales Reps, Medical, regional product team , Sanofi geographical parameter product management team, all support functions
· External: HCP’s, PR Agencies, Patient and Professional Associations
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
· Scientific Academic degree and/or Business Administration with specialization in Sales or Marketing
· MBA is an asset
· At least 3 years’ experience as marketing lead/manager in the pharma industry
· Experience in the Dermatology, Respiratory, ENT therapeutics area- an asset
· Excellent computer skills (specifically Power Point, Word and Excel)
· Ability to clearly communicate in English (oral, written)
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Proactive approach
· Excellent at engage and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
· Proven ability to lead complicated processes and projects simultaneously
· Creativity
