Job description



Reporting to the Digital Transformation Lead for CHC International, the mission of the Digital Tranformation Analyst- International Region and China is to help meet Sanofi CHC's digital marketing and e-commerce objectives through effective digitally driven strategies and consumer activation plans. Key responsibilities include:

• Digital analytics and insight

• Digital measurement & performance tracking

This role will work closely with in-market marketing, commercial, digital and media teams, as well as with regional cross-functional stakeholders.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzing and Communicating Digital Transformation Programs

·  Gathers, compiles, and sorts data and campaign results for analysis
·  Analyses and communicates findings and learnings

Managing Digital Transformation and Marketing Projects

·  Manages project lifecycles
·  Develops planning and design documents to define project scope and identify stakeholders.
·  Co-develop stakeholder communication strategy
·  Develops project plans and assigns tasks to resources to ensure that the project will be delivered to plan
·  Ensures affected functions or groups are identified and works with them to negotiate changes, ownership of processes and to manage project impact.
·  Designs and implements communication plans to ensure all parties are informed and updated
·  Follows-up with assigned resources continuously manage the productivity of the team, project timelines and deliverables.

Support, research and drive Strategic Digital Projects

·  Research and analyze digital opportunities and partnerships in the region, including China, aligned with business priorities
·  Activate stakeholders to co-own approved projects

The Ideal Candidate Must Have the Following

·  Preferably 3 to 5 years' experience in digital marketing/ online commerce/ commercial / performance marketing. Brand marketing exposure is a plus.
·  Bachelors / Master's degree in Marketing and / or Digital or related.
·  Strong understanding and/or experience of the APAC and China markets. Understanding of China Digital landscape. Professional proficiency in Mandarin.

·  Hands-on knowledge in Microsoft including MS Access, MS Excel

·  Excellent presentation and communication skills (spoken, written, presentation)
·  Meticulous with strong attention to detail, demonstrate good numerate skills

·  Hands-on attitude and has self-initiative, taking proactive steps to anticipate and solve problems
·  Good analytical and project management skills
