Job Description Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Intern to join our Digital PV/CMO Medical team on our Bridgewater site in New Jersey. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital data flow & process management, and system integration.
Key Responsibility:
Data Flow and Process Mapping:

Update and maintain comprehensive data flow and process maps for the corresponding business capabilities the group is supporting, to enhance organizational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and improvement.
·
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data flow and process maps.
System Integration:
·
Support project teams in system integration tasks, ensuring seamless connectivity between various platforms and accurate documentation of the integrated data flows.
·
Work with project teams in clear identification of system integration needs, development and follow through on integration implementation plan.
·
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain a smooth workflow.
·
Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement integration solutions.
Project Support:
·
Assist in various project tasks, providing digital expertise to enhance project outcomes.
·
Contribute to project planning and execution by leveraging digital tools and technologies.
·

Qualification:
·
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
·
Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
·
Familiarity with system integration concepts and technologies.
·
Proficiency in relevant tools or software, e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
