About the job
Our Team:
The “Digital Quality Lead – Tech Service Quality and transversal processes” is a key role in the Digital Quality team dedicated to Tech service quality teams and enabling tools supporting Digital solution lifecycle. The Digital Quality Lead is driving the identification of opportunities for quality process simplification and automation while ensuring overall compliance and anticipating any risks (beyond compliance).
The Digital Quality Lead is the preferred point of contact for Quality and Compliance areas.

This position covers a diverse scope with Digital Technology activities both on-premises and Cloud in an international ecosystem with high performance and compliance stakes. Stakeholders are global teams which gives high visibility for this role into Digital Technology teams and leadership
This role provides an opportunity to work in an international environment, into a dynamic team, fully empowered to propose and implement innovative ideas. This role will also provide the Quality Lead with hands-on experience on collaborating with diverse experts and vendors.
Main responsibilities:
· Primary point of contact for Digital Technology Service Quality.
· Acts as a quality and compliance counsellor/advisor all along the life cycle (plan, design, build, run) of solutions belonging to his/her domain of expertise.
· Acts as Quality and/or Compliance enforcement Authority for his/her domain.
· Collaborate with system owner to prepare and support for audits and inspections involving computerized systems.
· Identify and implement simplification and automation opportunities of quality processes while ensuring compliance
· Facilitating risk management
· Conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis management - Contributing to implementation of sustainable action plans.
About you
· Experience :
· Senior level on Computerized Systems and compliance in regulated environments (GxP and SOX) such as Pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry, in a global, cross-functional, multi-national environment
· Soft skills :
· Strong Problem solving, transversal collaboration.
· Change management and communication skills
· Influencing, coaching and critical thinking
· Risk-based decision making mindset
· Technical skills :
· Advanced knowledge of Risk Management, Project & Application management, compliance of computerized systems (e.g. GxP, SOX).
· Good understanding of technology risks and system controls
· Education :
· University degree in Health industry, Quality, computer science or related scientific or technical discipline.
· Languages : English is mandatory
