Job Highlights:
In the context of Service Delivery across EMEA, EURASIA, and APAC, you will be responsible for coordinating Commercial Data Product Support services. Key responsibilities include:
· Owning a catalog of services and managing associated financial implications.
· Ensuring service health, performance, cost, and evolution.
· Operationalizing strategic products and optimizing Service Delivery RUN cost.
· Building end-to-end support models for Sanofi Data Mesh, including platform support services for Snowflake strategic technology.
Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications:
· Financial management of 3rd party vendors, software licenses, and internal resources.
· Collaboration with the business to build capabilities aligned with desired outcomes.
· Acting as a change agent, delivering at pace while moving to a desired future state.
· Designing services for optimal user experience, negotiating and prioritizing requirements.
· Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple services simultaneously.
· Ability to influence and lead behavior change.
Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
· Solid experience working in global projects.
· Experience in delivering technical projects (Data, Application, IT) by managing external vendors.
· Certified in ITIL or equivalent professional qualifications.
· Technical knowledge of IT services, application management, data warehouses, and software application development.
· Experience working in regulated environments.
· Understanding of change management and release processes.
· Experience in using agile delivery tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence, etc.
