Digital Business Analysis Lead CRM & Commercial

Our Team

You will be accountable for creation and maximization of Business value for products, services and projects delivered by Digital organization to GBUs in Commercial / Omnichannel area. You will ensure high level of adoption and satisfaction with Digital solutions within GBUs. You will connect Global Digital products and services to the Business needs. Next to that, you will also facilitate and manage the demand for Digital solutions, ensuring delivery on time, in budget and within defined scope.

Main responsibilities

·  Develop business value proposal using a deep understanding of business processes and technology to help business stakeholders achieve their desired outcomes
·  Work with Digital and Business stakeholders to elicit requirements and capture business needs (digital demand management); understand the customer journey, and define user requirements feeding into global product features evolution backlog (innovation loopback)
·  Translate business requirements into concrete technical solutions (specifications)
·  Engage with Digital and Business stakeholders and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands
·  Provides guidance and consulting to the Business stakeholders on technology solutions and business process optimization, drives adoption of global Digital products in North EU market
·  Coach business customers to make use of technology and data, driving adoption of global digital products
·  Being end-to-end accountable for digital products under his/her scope
·  Active contributor to Product delivery teams providing market-specific business acumen and largely responsible to support Product Managers (and Product Owners) to plan product releases
·  Supporting and advising the business on how to maximize value and utilization of global digital products to support their business strategies
·  Key POC (point of contact) for business customers at country level acting as primary gate keeper for new requirements
·  Accumulating and providing expertise of local business requirements, process organization, technical requirements, and tech stack
·  Engage with various communities and their members acting as local Digital representative
·  Lead global or local implementations across the North EU countries acting as local deployment lead (examples are OneCRM, OneConsent, etc.)
·  Monitor and regularly communicate status of strategic Digital projects in the North EU market as well as adoption of the Digital Commercial products
·  Define, monitor, measure and meet Appropriate Service Level Agreements [SLA], with Business stakeholders, and Operational Level Agreements [OLAs], with internal Service providers. Ensure that SLA KPIs are established, measured and met agreed Service Levels
·  Ensure that Digital Products/computerized systems meet all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements at local level
·  Support and collaborate with the business during internal/external audits and inspections involving computerized systems, leading documentation process, CAPA development and implementation

About you

Experience

·  Solid working experience in a multinational Pharma or FMCG company in business analysis, system implementation or IT project management
·  Expertise in CRM / Omnichannel solutions implementation
·  Understanding of Digital Web technology stack (Magnolia CMS, AWS)
·  Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution and similar automation tools is a plus
·  Understanding of Digital Omnichannel Customer Engagement model, related technologies (Data, Integrations, AI, NLP)
·  Good understanding of Commercial BU processes, Trade Management Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Compliance, Regulatory
·  Participation in large scale complex projects in the role of project manager / deployment lead would be an advantage
·  Working with senior management project stakeholders
