About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Sanofi to work with us as a Demand and Supply Chain Analyst. You will be working closely with the supply chain team to assist in production planning and optimising the performance of the supply chain. This will involve close collaboration with business partners to ensure accurate forecasting and production.

About Sanofi Supply Chain

This position provides a great opportunity for contribution to a dynamic Supply Chain team within cross-functional environment. You will have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders, across different functions in a new implemented direct-to-pharmacy distribution model.

Key responsibilities

·  Support the Supply Chain Business Partners in data preparation and monthly uploading for production planning in upstream in collaboration with the regional hub, in addition to managing packaging and artworks processes
·  Develop tools & reports, and support team in achieving an optimised supply chain
·  Contribute to demand planning for Sales & Operations Planning and manage supply risk and packaging coordination
·  Build forecasting models with business partners and validate sales forecasts
·  Provide visibility on out of stocks and work with stakeholders for managing the allocation process

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:

·  Experience of supply chain and customer services, with pharmaceutical/consumer products preferred
·  Experience of demand planning, supply chain or logistics with demonstrable examples of best practices
·  A background in engineering (industrial), scientific studies background or related
·  Knowledge of Excel and other forecasting tools such as SAP/APO or Kinaxis
·  Ability to be proactive, with strong communication and analytical skills
