In this role you will:
· Work with the business to determine strategy, the service lifecycle roadmap and service level goals for the services
· Define, monitor, measures service(s) and makes sure that the service meets service levels
· Ensure service lifecycle management (improvements, evolution, & retirement) relative to service components (technology, lifecycle).
· Deliver, own, and manage the lifecycle of technical solutions, service offerings, associated service requests and knowledge articles
· Identify, communicate, and execute continuous improvement opportunities
· Provide and improve communication with the business, Digital Apps and consumers
· Manage the service and application portfolio through Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM) of the service
About you
Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications:
· Participates in defining the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the service
· Capacity and ability to work with 3rd party contractors
· Define action plan in case of deviation of the SLAs
· Experience in collaborating and partnering with the business to build capabilities aligned to desired outcomes
· Acting as a change agent, delivering at pace while moving to a desired future state
· Designing services that enable the optimal user experience with quality and required service levels, negotiating and prioritizing requirements with partners
· Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple services simultaneously with a high degree of competency
· Ability to influence and lead behavior change
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Owns the product backlog and its continuous refinement and prioritization
· Be a leader by defining and proposing dashboards/reports to track and provide SLAs to the business. Follow-up in JIRA
· Proven experience with Agile practices and expectations
· Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a collaborative team environment
· Financial management of 3rd party vendors, software licenses and internal resources to ensure value for money
· Ensures good practices that the product meets applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· Experience in delivering technical projects (Data, Application, IT)
· Knowledge & experienced in ITIL
· Knowledge on Informatica Cloud
· Knowledge on Snowflake
· Knowledge on PowerBI and Splunk
· Ability to prioritize among conflicting priorities and requests in a complex, multinational environment
· Experience working in regulated environments
· Understanding of change management and release processes
· Experience in using agile delivery tools such as Service Now
· Agile / Scrum practices using Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence)
