Job description

RESPONS IBILITIES

·  Create and prioritize product backlog for specific digital products
·  Shape and own the product road-map and vision
·  Lead cross-functional product teams through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders
·  Help product teams deliver products that deliver rapid and regular business value for the client

QUALIFICATIONS

Language skil ls :

·  English/Mandarin: fluent both in verbal and in written

Experience & competencies:

·  5+ years of strong experience in digital product development
·  Solid understanding of both pharmaceutical industry and high-quality digital product delivery
·  Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology)
·  Knowledge of Agile and Design thinking preferred
·  Experience in leading tech firm preferred
