Customer Fulfilment Business COE Analyst

ABOUT THE JOB

The Supply Chain Customer Fulfilment CoE Business Analyst is responsible for providing innovation, expertise and resources for the development of E2E Supply Chain with focus on Order to Cash in collaboration with other functions such as Trade and Finance.

As a key member of a Global Center of Excellence , the candidate will be leading Customer Fulfilment Global Transformation Projects impacting all Business Units, Geographies and Markets that will contribute to the delivery of the Company’s Supply Chain strategy.

The Supply Chain Customer Fulfilment CoE Business Analyst is an out-of-the-box thinker, able to understand the bigger picture to take sustainable decisions, with strong knowledge in Project Management, able to lead the change through effective coordination between different functions such as analytics, digital, other CoEs, and able to report to Senior executives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Supply Chain Customer Fulfilment COE Business Analyst will cover the following responsibilities:

·  Articulate with Countries and Business Units the ideation of projects, business cases and Pilot deployments of designed strategies
·  Partner with Trade and Finance Organization to coordinate the execution of transversal projects within the CoE
·  Support deployment organization to roll-out transformation projects
·  Assess knowledge gaps and plan needed trainings to ensure the right capability in Markets
·  Contribute as SME in Customer Fulfilment processes
·  Manage the Customer Fulfilment Master Plan, Risks, escalations and coordinate with the different Project Sub Streams

Build the appropriate capability through a close collaboration with the key stakeholders:

·  Partner with Internal Controls and Countries in order to follow through open action plans in Customer Fulfilment
·  Ensure through a flawless execution the governance and links with the Regional Representatives and with the key stakeholders from the Top 15 Countries
·  Plan the execution and support the deployment to Countries of projects coming from Trade and from Global Supply Chain
·  Ensure KPI’s and target capabilities are in place for all Countries, following the appropriate discipline to ensure sustainability

Drive innovation, best practices and benchmarks – Create value for the Company

Create and promote a culture of innovation in Customer collaboration:

·  Leverage new capabilities in close collaboration with Digital and Analytics
·  Understand trends and ways of better exchanging data with Customers
·  Liaise with Trade and Digital to standardize the data from Customers, in order to leverage its potential to build value
·  Optimization and simplification of non-value added processes

Contribute to the Excellence in execution and performance:

·  Ensure discipline on performance metrics, dashboards, gap analysis and action plans
·  Support continuous improvement
·  Ensure strategic projects delivery, helping geographies within the execution
·  Liaise with Regions, BU heads and TOP 15 Markets

ABOUT YOU

Education / Experience

·  Engineering, Business Administration Bachelor
·  Experience in Supply Chain (Customer Care / Planning)
·  Minimum of 2 complete cycles of involvement in global transformation projects
·  Business Consulting background & FMCG experience will be a key differentiator

Technical skills & Competencies / Language

·  Good  knowledge of business / Commercial and Finance
·  Strong understanding of the overall E2E Supply Chain
·  Analytical skills, result driven oriented, flexibility and innovation thinking
·  Proven experience in Project Management and process review
·  Language: Fluent in English is a must, Spanish and French will be a key differentiator
