About the Opportunity

At Sanofi, we currently have a great opportunity for a Customer Engagement Manager within the General Medicines (GenMed) organisation. Within GenMed, we are going through an exciting period of change in becoming more digitally led and in having a sales force targeting our customers based on behaviour and portfolio value and look to find and seize new opportunities that will expand geographically our portfolio or develop new products.

The Customer Engagement Manager will have a great opportunity in supporting this change by leading local customer segmentation/personas, identifying and activating adequate channels and contents per segment in order to engage, create loyalty and value for our customers and for Sanofi GenMed.

This role is based in Gouda but will move to Amsterdam at the end of 2018.

Key responsibilities

·  Lead Customer Engagement strategy and operational plan preparation and execution in constant collaboration with the marketing, medical and commercial team.
·  Create and execute content strategy in respect to positioning and messages delivered by marketing in order to better engage with customers.
·  Preparation of well-articulated requirements regarding channels development to be presented to BOS department and further channels effective usage with Omni-Channel approach in order to achieve Customer Engagement objectives.
·  Pull, analyse and share proficiently data on monthly and quarterly basis to highlight insights and make actionable decisions with marketing and commercial team.
·  Deliver a compelling, well designed and well-articulated Customer Engagement strategy based on data analytics and go-to-market choices.
·  Implement & drive Omni-Channel initiatives in line with marketing brand/TA plans in collaboration with BOS.

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:-

Essential requirements:

·  University degree (medical field would be an advantage)
·  At least 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG or another industry within the marketing field
·  Experience working in a matrix organisation in an international environment
·  A track-record of success in running digital campaigns
·  Fluency in Dutch and English (written and oral)
·  A positive, solutions-oriented approach

It would be advantageous to have (not essential):

·  Post Graduate Degree in Business Management or Marketing is a plus
