職務内容

デユピクセントは2018年アトピー性皮膚炎の発売以降、喘息・慢性副鼻腔炎・結節性痒疹・小児アトピー性皮膚炎の適応追加を行い、2024年には慢性特発性蕁麻疹の適応追加を予定しております。今回、COPD（慢性閉塞性肺疾患）の適応追加に備え、市場調査・KOLコミュニケーション・資材作成など通じ、日本の製品戦略策定を中心に、グローバルへのプレゼンス向上に寄与していただける方、さらにデユピクセントの価値向上に貢献したいと思われる方を募集しています。

Experience Requirements ：（求められる経験）

·3⁺ years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical Field

·医療用医薬品ビジネスでのマーケティング経験3年以上

·Experience in the respiratory field (especially in the area of COPD) is preferred

·呼吸器領域（特にCOPD領域）の経験が望ましい

Skills and Education/Qualifications Required: （求められるスキル・資格）　

·Demonstrate understanding of pharma commercial products, market dynamics and practice settings.

市場での医薬品、市場ダイナミクス、病院環境への理解を示すことができる

·Excellent communication/coordination/negotiation skills 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　​卓越したコミュニケーション、コーディネーション、ネゴシエーションスキルをもちあわせている

·Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments with shifting priorities and deadlines.　　　　　　　

状況に応じて優先順位やタイムラインを柔軟に変更・調整することができる能力

·Related marketing skill such as market analysis, forecasting,etc is preferred　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

製品評価をする上で必要となるマーケティングスキル(市場分析、売上予測など)

・Knowledge for clinical development and relevant therapeutic area　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

　臨床開発や当該領域の疾患/治療に関わる知識

·Native level Japanese (verbal, writing and reading)

ネイティブレベルの日本語力（話す、書く、読む）

·Businee level English (verbal, writing and reading) is prefeered

ビジネスレベルの英語力（話す、書く、読む）

·BA and above degree. MBA preferred   MBA取得者尚可。
