Our Team:

The Learning management System Specialist is part of the Performance Metrics Management team within Clinical Quality & Continuous Improvement department.

The "Performance Metrics Management" (PMM) team has three key roles:

1. Learning implementation in Learning management systems (LMS), reporting and analytics.

2. Knowledge Management.

3. Business Quality Representative (BQR) for clinical tools.

The Learning and Reporting team is responsible for providing learning and reporting analytics services related to training for GCP and other regulatory processes.

The Clinical Learning, Reporting and Analytics Specialist is responsible for providing learning, reporting and analytics services for regulatory Good Clinical Practices (GCP)-related training, scientific and study-related training, monitoring overall training compliance, and training implementation for both internal and external learners assigned to clinical activities.

You’ll also be responsible for implementing and deploying learning solutions developed by the Clinical Learning & Development team (training projects related to clinical processes, clinical tools and applications, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and other global processes or policies). In addition, you’ll provide metrics on training implementation in collaboration with the corporate Learning and Reporting Specialists.

Main responsibilities:

·  Manage learner roles, groups and external learners:
·  Ensure the timely addition of learners to roles and groups that are linked with the required training curricula.
·  Create in Sanofi Learning Management System profiles for groups of learners as requested, ensure assignment of correct roles and groups for training implementation.
·  Manage the timely onboarding and offboarding of learners from roles and groups.

·  Create learning objects and curricula:

·  Create Learning Objects in iLearn (Sanofi LMS) as requested by Training Project Managers/Training Contacts within clinical operations functions.  These Learning Objects are included in the role-based compliance curricula and must align with the overall training strategy.

·  Reporting:

·  Provide both standard and custom reports to support training completion and compliance monitoring. Reports are provided to line managers but may also be requested by Training Project Managers to track the implementation of training.
·  Ad hoc reports may be requested by line managers to provide details for specific activities or a group of learners.

About you

·  Experience:
·  Proven experience working in a GxP environment, understanding of the regulatory environment with a focus on clinical operations (ICH GCP), clinical trials application, the equivalent experience could also be in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, or supporting training activities in a medical operations environment.
·  Advanced skills (may include but are not limited to) working with Quality systems (i.e., quality standards & best practices) and implementation of training solutions for clinical tools/applications.
·  Understanding of or exposure to the clinical development (i.e. study management, medical writing, site monitoring, data management, statistics), and in-depth knowledge of international regulatory requirements on the conduct of clinical studies (in particular ICH GCP guidelines) environment.

·  Soft Skills:

·  Results-driven, ability to multi-task and analyze information, prioritize assignments, and assess downstream impact.
·  Apply deductive reasoning to solve issues and find innovative solutions.
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively connect and interact with global multi-disciplinary teams.
·  Good sense of organization, prioritization, adaptability.
·  Curious, proactive, and agile in approach with the ability to challenge the status quo.
·  Excellent interpersonal and ‘relational/oversight’ skills.
·  Demonstrate leadership approach with strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

·  Technical skills:

·  MS Office 365.

·  Education:

·  Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology tools (related to learning), clinical operations, or a related medical/scientific fielding or equivalent.

·  Languages:

·  With strong command of English (written and spoken) to support efficient decision-making.
