Job description
JOB PURPOSE
Ci2C Collection Trainee is responsible for delivering collection management support services for the GBS Ci2C Credit and Collection Team.
Collection management support services
· Prepare and review AR ageing reports
· Perform collection & dunning in Ci2C tools
· Download and forward invoice copies, statement of account to customers
· Complete ad hoc admin tasks to the Collection Team and Team Leader

· Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Functional
· Good business acumen
· Strong deductive and analytical skills
Technical
· Computer literate
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Interpersonal
· Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
· Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with Ci2C front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
· Good communication skills
· Attentive to customer needs and feedback
Language
· Fluent in English and Turkish language knowledge
