CHC Technology Services, Strategy & Transformation Lead

We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes

supporting highly regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional and local regulations).

Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the

World.

To reach our goals we have organized our model to cover 4 main functions:

• ERP and Corp Functions S&O

• Tech Services S&O

• Commercial S&O

• IA S&O

Main responsibilities :

As part of the CIO Office, the Technology Services Strategy & Operations Manager works closely and under the advisory of the Strategy, Transformation and Functions Lead to:

·  Define and monitor the required operational indicators for the Technology Services functions area (ie, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Operations, Integration).
·  Ensure proper anticipation and detailed follow up of all strategic dashboards and plans.
·  Contribute and lead workshops to maintain transparency on present and future plans.
·  Develop reports to regularly communicate the projects planned to the Strategy, Transformation and Functions Lead.
·  Ensure value is achieved in portfolio and projects.
·  Ensure close relation with his/her counterparts across CHC and broader Sanofi especially in the Technology Services team.
·  Partner with all internal and external stakeholders (Business, Digital, Quality, Industrial, Regulators, etc.) and actively monitor progress made on all ongoing activities .
·  Regularly educate CHC teams and be the voice of these teams into the central infrastructure organizations.
·  Define digital strategic initiatives/roadmap thanks to business growth ambition & vision.
·  Help the Strategy, Transformation and Functions Lead to monitor organizational change, transversal analysis and initiatives
·  Provide adhoc support to Tech Services functions on transversal strategic initiatives.

About you

Experience :

·  7-10+ years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3-5 years of  experience in strategic portfolio management, digital transformation project and Technology Services Functions
·  A recognized professional with various proven experiences in international context across global organizations
·  Have excellent analytical abilities, capable of being hands on with the data and quickly interpret results and communicate concise recommendations
·  Able to craft visually impactful presentations to tell a compelling story.

Soft skills required

·  Proven successes working with executive team members
·  Ability to provide innovative thinking to global and cross-functional teams
·  Strong capacity to manage activities across web meetings and collaborative solutions
·  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
·  Ability to work in an international matrixed environment

Education : Master’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering

Languages : Fluent spoken and written English, French is a plus

Additional certification or language is a plus :

·  PMP certification
·  French
