Our Team:
The CHIEF OF STAFF is a critical role in CHC M&S Global organization that helps Senior Executive Leaders to effectively manage their priorities, facilitate the global governance and act as an interface to connect the dots with their teams and the rest of the organization.
This role often includes components of strategy (understanding and translation of the Senior leaders’ vision and priorities), facilitation (enabling leaderships team to work together and getting to decision faster), project management (leading highly important projects), and bridges building (connecting the dots within the leadership team and with the rest of the organization).
The Chief of Staff partners closely with both the Core leadership team member and its leadership team (GLT) on a daily basis to run and monitor transversal priorities and deliver high impact projects.
Main responsibilities:
Coordinate the M&S Leadership Team to support decision making and information sharing within the organization:

Maintain alignment on key strategic priorities across the M&S Leadership Team , including setting up and running team meetings, offsite meetings, strategic committees
·
Facilitate decision-making as priorities are re-evaluated
·
Drive the agenda in line with the company strategic priorities
·
Ensure the follow-up on action items coming out of leadership meetings Facilitate leadership team dynamics : foster collaboration, create time for discussion and exchanges
Manage M&S Head’s annual calendar to ensure an effective use of time focusing on priorities:
·
Ensure that M&S calendar is up to date and aligned with the evolving priorities of the organization: GLT meetings, M&S events, site visits, internal and external engagements
·
Coordinate preparatory work and briefing materials for key meetings
·
Support M&S Head’s internal and external communication: internal presentations, town hall, talking points, speeches, external conferences
·
Inform IA Head on relevant information and keep him connected with the rest of the organization
Build Bridges and collaborate with rest of the CHC organization:
·
Collaborate with CEO office and other Corporate Functions’ peers to share information, identify synergies, leverage best practices and to anticipate future topics and future needs of CHC M&S
·
Act as a point of entry for Transversal and/or company-wide projects by identifying right contact or acting as a single point of contact for CHC M&S
Lead projects as required:
·
Lead or coordinate projects that are important/strategic for CHC M&S
·
Leverage and engage resources across the organization to ensure priorities are delivered
·
Interface with the broader organization transversal projects that requires Corporate Functions’ input
About you
