Within the Finance Department , we are looking for a dedicated and team-oriented new colleague to join the new Tax Team we are building for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare . In that respect, we are very much attached to find a candidate with a strong sense of commitment, towards the tasks, the business and the team.

Although mostly located in France, our Tax team is spread over many geographies and we offer you to be part of an international setting with many contacts across different functions and countries. As part of the China & AMEA Tax Team (that is operationally responsible for tax matters in all Asian countries, Middle East and Africa), you will report to the CHC Head of Tax, China & AMEA (located in China or Singapore) and will manage our Indian Tax Manager.

Your main responsibilities

·  Oversee all Indian tax matters, with direct responsibilities on our 2 CHC legal entities (Opella Healthcare India Pte Ltd and Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Ltd);

·  Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations in India;

·  Collaborate with Indian cross-functional teams (incl. finance, legal, IT, Procurement, and operations to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions);

·  Manage relationships with external tax advisors, tax authorities and auditors;

·  Assist the CHC Head of Tax, China & AMEA on international tax matters, overseeing Middle East and African countries (5 legal entities in 5 countries); and

·  Ensure compliance with local Transfer Pricing requirements, in coordination with our Transfer Pricing Team.

ABOUT YOU

·  Strong expertise (minimum of 8 years) in Indian direct and indirect taxes

·  Deep knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing regulation

·  Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

·  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritise tasks effectively
