Our Team:

The Digital Lean Expert is part of the CHC Digital Manufacturing and Supply team in North America, collaborating with Product Owners and Global Teams. Also, focus on continuous improvement, optimization, and capturing value across North American Manufacturing and Supply. Additionally, they share improvement initiatives, best practices, and lessons learned globally.

Main responsibilities:

The Digital Lean role focuses on simplifying processes in Manufacturing and Supply in North America, using technology to optimize and capture value.

Ensure efficiency, cost reduction, compliance, and risk management.

· 
Collaborating with various teams, the Digital Lean leads continuous improvement initiatives for better quality, speed, and service.

· 
Oversee the execution of value projects, manage work delivery, and work closely with stakeholders.

The role involves identifying and documenting transformation dependencies, analyzing business requirements, maintaining collaborative relationships, and striving for industry-leading process performance.

Additionally, the Digital Lean conducts training, tracks continuous improvement penetration, and presents demands in digital screening meetings. Regular meetings are held to review the impact of change requests and ensure successful execution of improvement initiatives.

About you

Experience :

·  Significant industry or consulting experience in Manufacturing and Supply domains (Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality).
·  Agile mindset with a proven ability to challenge the status quo.
·  Experience in pharma or consumer goods industry or Information Technology/Digital department is a major differentiator.
·  Preferably Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trained/Certified or willing to pursue.
·  Strong expertise in Continuous Improvement enhancements or projects.
·  Project management experience using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP methodology.
·  Familiarity with Gemba.

·  Strong written/spoken communication skills for articulating advanced supply chain concepts.
·  Results and process-oriented with an analytical mindset.

·  Willingness to learn and be hands-on in technical topics.

Technical skills :

·  Information technology knowledge and mindset.
·  Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, HP-ALM, SAP Signavio.
·  Expertise in application processes and integration points with execution systems (SAP APO, PP, PI, MM, SD, QM, eWM, TM).

Education :

·  Technology or engineering degree (industrial engineering, information technology).

Languages :

·  English. Spanish or French is a plus.
