Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage all aspects of the company's vehicle fleet operations. This role is responsible for implementing effective strategies and processes to optimize the efficiency and performance of the fleet. This includes vehicle purchasing and rental planning, budget management, fleet planning and operation, and staying up-to-date with industry innovations. The role also involves creating comprehensive reports and utilizing big data to generate useful insights for the fleet's overall needs. Additionally, this role is responsible for establishing decision support systems and monitoring operational processes to ensure smooth fleet management.

Responsibilities:

·  To make company vehicle purchase and rental plans, to determine the technical conditions required for the tender and to carry out specification/document studies for the tender.
·  To carry out operations and reporting of purchasing, rental, maintenance/repair, fuel, tyres, insurance, inspection, HGS/OGS, damage, traffic accidents, fines, vehicle tracking system, which are the inputs of fleet operations.
·  To follow up, manage and report the budget in the area of ​​responsibility.
·  To ensure the management of fleet planning and operation processes within the organization of Affiliated Regional Directorates.
·  Following the innovations in the Automotive/Fleet sector and working to improve current practices within the fleet.
·  Creating specific reporting and summary statistical outputs via big data for the general needs of the fleet.
·  Establishing and managing the necessary decision support systems for fleet management and monitoring operational processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

·  Minimum Bachelor's degree
·  Good command of English.
·  Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.
·  Knowledge of MS Office Programs especially Excel&PP
·  Being experienced in the automotive industry or interested in automotive.
·  To be competent in statistics and data analysis.
·  Strong communication skills, able to adapt to a busy and stressful working environment.

Terms of Employment

·  This full-time position does not have people management responsibility.
·  There might be some travel required for this position.
