Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Business analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

Responsibilities:

·  Updating on a daily/monthly basis domestic and Cross border e-commerce (CBEC) reports
·  Consolidating all reports and comments from different stakeholders to present the final performance reports on a monthly basis
·  Performing ad-hoc analysis requests upon business requests for both domestic & cross-border businesses
·  Liaising with the relevant stakeholders to gain data access for specific new product launches (NPD) / business development (BD) cases
·  Performing asset valuation as per established guidelines and coordinating the overall business case valuation part
·  Refining our asset valuation processes in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
·  Being the first voice to warn business & marketing teams after performing data analysis
·  Supporting the commercial and marketing teams on identifying solutions to address business challenges
·  Verifying on a monthly basis the integrity of our distributors' activities in cross-border e-commerce
·  Supporting Sanofi commercial teams on building annual business plan
·  Supporting the implementation of the growth Model by performing relevant data analysis
·  Refining our reporting ways in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
·  Proposing new ways of analysing & visualizing the data
·  Participating to the Chinese data integration into the global Sanofi systems
·  Supporting the performance and governance manager on any performance topic

Requirements:

·  Master degree in Mathematics background oriented on statistics, Business or Engineering University
·  At least 2 years of working experience (after obtaining the last diploma), preferably in consumer healthcare or fast moving consumer goods industry
·  Excellent skills in Excel (including but not limited to: matrix calculations, data retreatment processes, data architecture design…) and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language), Python or VBA (Visual Basic for Applications ) is a plus
