Job description

Main Job Purpose

The Brand Manager in Sanofi CHC is responsible for the brand health and performance, overall business completion of the brand in charge in the local market. Lead and support in designing and translating Brand Strategy into a National Brand Building Plan which provides brand value drivers and brand and customer priorities, rooted in local insight and to Plan to ensure flawless deployment of brand communication and activation in the market. Specializing in upstream or downstream assigned by line manager and SANOFI CHC leadership team.


Key accountabilities

Strategic Planning

Be capable to independently Lead and support in preparation flowed by execution of brand marketing plans (design activities, execute, evaluate & put corrective actions if needed). Be capable to independently lead and support cross brand projects, brand activations with equity building by guaranteed delivery Be capable to independently lead and support the innovation development and execution in the market.


Operational Planning

Be capable to independently lead/support preparation and submits activity plans on brand level. Makes sure that all activities are aligned with JTBD, key market drivers are utilized, key channels are developed, and activities assure target realization. Be capable to independently Responsible and support for on-going market understanding at consumer and shopper level (brand measures, competition monitoring, media, and consumer/shopper Be capable to independently owns and drives preparation and execution of full package to consumer/shopper for national promotions, launches, relaunches, activations.

Owns & leads respective projects, puts forwards issues, shares updates with the team, gives feedback to others in the meetings

Be capable to independently respective budget owner by projects (responsibility to keep proper balance of total budget ATL, BTL).

Be capable to independently lead and support portfolio management.


Be capable to independently lead and support new product development projects.

Leading or participating a cross-functional project team.

Be capable to independently lead and execute Brand Communication/Activation 360 degree.

Keeps consistency of brand communication across all communication shopper touch points. Be capable to independently provides for S&OP input for business team results and responsible for forecast accuracy on specific brand level.



Responsible for A&P budget to drive sales growth from both top line to bottom line as well as share growth. If has a team as direct reports, need coach and develop talents。 Other tasks assigned by line manager and SANOFI CHC leadership team

Bachelor’s degree above 5 years with end to end brand management experience

Trainee background preferred; beauty / personal care background preferred

Business management and brand development experience

Manage stakeholders in multi-functional teams.

Strong analysis skills and data driven and project management skill

Strong presentation and communication skills

Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good command of English
