You will also fully understand customer insights and understand how to build on this for the success of Sanofi Genzyme in Rare Diseases.
About Sanofi Business Unit
Sanofi Genzyme Rare Diseases is a strong, established franchise committed to better the lives of people affected by Rare Diseases. We aim to make a difference to ensure that no patients are left behind because their condition is ultra-rare.
Although Fabry Disease is an ultra-orphan disease, there is increased competition at the Treating centres with several products on the market and many in development (including a new Sanofi Genzyme product). In addition to this competitive market space, earlier diagnosis of patients with Fabry Disease can make a difference to patients' lives with earlier treatment giving better outcomes. There is a significant body of work to do encouraging Clinicians to look for and diagnose Fabry patients.
Key responsibilities:
· To optimise the market position of Fabrazyme by the development of a comprehensive marketing plan;
· Work collaboratively cross functionally with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Patient Advocacy and Regional and Global colleagues to ensure the plan delivery;
· To lead the forecasting and brand planning process working with Global/Regional colleagues to input into plan development at Global level;
· To work closely with the Sales team recognising that work is required in the Diagnostic space to shorten the journey to diagnosis for patients but also at a more brand specific and competitive level, at Centres deciding and prescribing treatment for Fabry Disease.
