Job description

Main responsibilities:

Gulf & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Payroll :

·  Manage end to end Payroll for Gulf (350) & KSA (300) from India.
·  Administer monthly payroll inputs as per the payroll cut-offs.
·  Work closely with the local P&C teams for any payroll tasks or deliverables.
·  Work with the ELC team in KL to ensure that there is seamless data transfer from Workday to Wolke payroll system.
·  Manage the relationship with Wolke payroll service provider to ensure that the system is updated with all the employee data.
·  Execute the payroll process, as per the global core model ensuring all the internal controls are implemented and followed.
·  Ensure the monthly payroll calendar is prepared and circulated to all the stakeholders to ensure there is compliance.
·  Manage the agent (5) payroll also end to end and follow the process as per the core model.
·  Work very closely with the local treasury team to ensure all the banking accesses.
·  Co-ordinate with the treasury & business leaders to get the necessary banking transactions approved.
·  Manage all the inputs related to multiple allowances like, housing, car, education, mobility benefits, etc.
·  Mange the end of service off-boarding process for all the exits. Ensure the calculations of EOS for every (EOS 10 Per month) monthly exit are process well within the SLAs (in a week) to ensure there is no compliance.
·  Manage the payroll accounting for the monthly payroll process and for all the allowances.
·  Manage the audit requirements and provide the required data as per the audit requirements. Also, to ensure any audit observations are implemented as per the recommendations.

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION (INDIA)

·  Manage the PF, Superannuation & Gratuity administration processes for all the India employees (approx. 3300 employees.)
·  PF transfers and settlements to manage end to end.
·  To know all the updates related to PF rules, regulations, and policies.
·  To guarantee that all claims and applications are processed and resolved by the EPFO.
·  Gratuity settlement for eligible cases to be processed and settled timely and accurately.
·  To ensure the annual renewal of the LIC Gratuity policy.

About you

Good knowledge and understanding of 6 – 8 years in managing payroll activities preferably in Gulf /India payroll.

Knowledge of Payroll softwares like Wolke etc will be an added advantage

Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel)

Education: Graduate/post graduate in Human Resources

Languages: Fluency in English
