Our Aspiring Leaders Graduate Programme is designed to offer young and talented graduates the opportunity to join Sanofi. You will gain experience in the broad range of business areas we operate in, and will develop the skills you need for a successful career.

Location – Thames Valley Business Park, Reading.

The Opportunity

We will provide you with valuable on the job work experience as well as formal development opportunities that will give you a full understanding of our business and support your career progression.

The Aspiring Leaders Graduate Programme consists of three one-year rotation streams. Examples of the type of roles within the stream: Scientific Advisor, Pharmacovigilance Officer, Medical Science Liaison, Regulatory Officer

At the start of the programme, successful applicants will be offered a full time contract starting in the most suitable rotation stream. As you move through the programme you may stay in the same stream or switch paths according to your interest and the business needs. During the final rotation, the programme leaders will work with each graduate to find their ideal role. Sanofi has a very large international presence and there may be opportunities for an international rotation year.

Along with working side by side with our experienced team members you will be assigned your own senior leader as a mentor.

The ideal candidate will:

·  Have graduated in the past two years with a related to the stream degree
·  Have a driver's license
·  Have the same sort of values as we do as well as a passion for healthcare
·  Be able to demonstrate a record of a high level of performance and delivery
·  Be a self-starter with the determination to succeed

Application process -

If you are successful at matching our initial criteria you will be asked to complete a video interview which will be sent online through a system called Easy Recrue, you can record your answers using either a mobile, tablet or computer. Use these questions as an opportunity to show us who you are and why you are the right person to join Sanofi. What is it that makes you tick, where have you ever gone above and beyond to make a difference? Make sure you have a think about your answers before you start to record.

If you have not been successful you will be informed via email and unfortunately due to the number of applications we are unable to give personal feedback on your video interviews.

The final stage of the process will be for you to attend an assessment centre. You will be given the opportunity to meet some of your potential colleagues and managers whilst also learning a little more about what Sanofi is all about. The day will involve a group activity, case study and a face to face interview.

Assessment centre will take place in in the first 2 weeks of November in our office in Reading.
