Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Asia Pricing Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M)

Note a 4-week immersion program in Sanofi pricing decisions and operations will be provided to chosen candidate. This will include basics in pharmaceutical pricing principles, learning global pricing governance, tools and systems. Establish (and continue) strong working relations with global pricing teams. Immersion program will be primarily based in Paris and/or Lyon; estimated 4-week duration, before chosen candidate relocates to Asia (Singapore).

Responsibilities:

·  Coordinating pricing activities for Asia Region with global pricing, including strategic and operational areas
·  Facilitating communication between Asian countries and Global on pricing issues and developments
·  Ensuring regular sharing and up-to-date analyses of key pricing info relevant to countries and regional management (including changes in country Pricing & Reimbursement( P&R) systems and International Reference Pricing issues)
·  Global Positioning System (GPS) support - support countries in local GPS submission and maintenance in coordination with key functions (brand, finance, etc) coordination regional brand teams
·  Generating insights through rigorous analyses on key pricing trends (internal or external) in the region
·  Following-up on action plan between global pricing and countries

Requirements:

·  Master Degree in a quantitative / scientific field, example but not limited to Science / Engineering/ Economics / Finance - will be advantageous
·  At least 1 year of professional experience in Consulting, Healthcare, Finance, Analyst, Policy or similar
·  Fluent English
·  Effective written and oral communication skills – will be working closely with in-country teams (15 markets)
·  Can-do, proactive and problem solving attitude
·  Structured and analytical mind with proven track record
·  Skillful at manipulating data into meaningful actionable insights
·  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and respond effectively with internal customers
