About the Job:

Are you ready to be a part of our ambitious digital transformation program? As an API Platform Expert, you'll work closely with the WEB&API Platform Product Owner team, guiding clients through the end-to-end process of API Platform management. Your responsibilities include:

·  Championing the API Platform from the ground up.
·  Adopting an API-First mindset to support business monetization.
·  Defining high-performance application services and solutions.
·  Ensuring the performance, quality, security, efficiency, and compliance of services.
·  Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
·  Proficiency in various application frameworks.
·  Aligning technology strategy with business strategies.
·  Leading innovation to continually improve service performance.

Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:

·  Strong experience as an API Platform expert.
·  Good understanding of modern User & Access Management, Web middleware, and hosting concepts.
·  Ability to evaluate risk and communicate it effectively.
·  Proficiency in service management and agile frameworks/tools.
·  Experience with incident management tools, like ServiceNow.

Soft Skills: You should possess:

·  Proven leadership abilities in a cross-functional environment.
·  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
·  The ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Technical Skills: Knowledge in:

·  Layer 7 API Management, Azure API Gateway, and AWS API Gateway.
·  Infrastructure technologies and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
·  Legacy hosting platforms, LAN/WAN, and security.
·  Container management (e.g., Openshift, AKS, EKS).
·  Application frameworks like Java, Ruby, or PHP.
·  Nice to have, Azure and/or AWS Cloud Architect certification.
