Title: 2020 Industrials Associate Rotational Development Program

Duration: 2 year program, Full Time Position
Start Date: Summer 2020

Location: Swiftwater, PA

The Industrials Associate Program is an entry level, leadership development program to develop people and team skills for recent college graduates identified as technically competent, continuous learners, and potential leaders. The program provides an opportunity to gain a broad overview of the Industrial Affairs Manufacturing process at the Swiftwater, PA site during a two year period by rotation assignments within the Industrial Affairs organization. Rotations include, but are not limited to: Manufacturing, Site Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Site Services & Engineering, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Materials Management, and Manufacturing Excellence. As a full-time employee, participants are eligible for Sanofi's competitive benefits package.

This is an accelerated training and development program. Upon successful completion, candidates are experienced contributors, highly sought after by multiple areas of Industrial Affairs. Graduates are eligible to apply for all Industrial Affairs positions, which they are interested in and qualified for. While applying, Industrials Associates are placed in significant roles to optimize operations, continue to develop, and add to their resume of contributions.

The Industrials Associate Role

·  Complete in-depth orientation and onboarding (1-3 weeks) with peers as a class
·  Meet monthly with an assigned mentor from the Extended Industrial Leadership Team
·  Accept feedback through periodic, highly structured performance reviews
·  Rotate (typically ~6 months) through several areas of Industrial Affairs
·  Contribute to and lead projects during rotations
·  Complete, as an Industrial Associates Team, a Capstone project to meet an unmet goal of the site with Site Leadership as key stakeholders.
·  Network opportunities across the entire organization from the manufacturing floor to the site leadership team
·  Complete accelerated training and development program

The Industrial Associate is Accountable for:

·  Acquires working knowledge, an understanding of in-depth concepts, and practical experience in terms of the biological manufacturing process and industry from a basic, hands-on perspective.
·  Carries out Production, Filling, Packaging, Manufacturing Technology, and Quality and other processes in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need and program goals.
·  Acquires knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors conducive to leading in a team-based environment.
·  Participates in professional development program. This may include formal training courses, special assignments, and or key experiences essential to the nature of the program.
·  May train/orient personnel to perform tasks by strictly adhering to SOP, SWI, Federal regulations, cGMP, Sanofi Pasteur US policies and procedures and safety standards.
·  Create a broad network and build their brand.
·  Seek opportunities to, and drive self-development opportunities across the entire organization.

Basic Qualifications:

·  Pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited university with plans to graduate in Spring 2020. Graduates within the last 2 years will also be considered
·  BS / BA degree from Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business required
·  3.0/4.0 GPA is a minimum requirement
·  Must have permanent US Work Authorization

·  Prior relevant internship or co-op experience
·  Demonstrated leadership ability
·  Effective in a team environment
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Adaptability in a changing environment
·  Strong time management, technical aptitude and organizational skills
·  Strong desire to work in Manufacturing
·  The site is located in Swiftwater, PA. Applicants must have the desire to live in the greater Pocono, Lehigh Valley, or Scranton areas, or have the capability and understanding to commute from other locations.
