Job description
The Training Supervisor oversees the development, coordination, and delivery of technical and non-technical training programs that support compliance, workforce capability, and operational excellence

Oversee technical training for aircraft systems, manufacturing processes, quality assurance, safety protocols, and maintenance practices.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, performance metrics, and feedback loops.
Candidate skills & requirements
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–7 years of experience in manufacturing industry
Experience creating and delivering technical training in a regulated environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
