Job description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Troubleshoot and diagnose machine failures to identify root causes and carry out repairs to minimize downtime.

Conduct machine geometry adjustments, machine leveling, and alignment to ensure precise operation.

Install, relocate, remove, and set up machines and equipment as planned and needed.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed.

Report spare parts, tools, and components required for maintenance tasks.

Use technical manuals, schematics, and documents to support troubleshooting and repairs.

Provide technical support to production teams to ensure equipment readiness and operational efficiency.

Ensure safety of machines and employees while work activities are performed. For external workers or suppliers, work permit and associated trainings are done in advance and team is qualified to work.

Participate in continuous improvement activities related to maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Maintain 5'S standards in work areas during preventive & corrective maintenance activities (5S, ergonomic, signalization, visual display etc.).

Support for making shift performance data and help to prepare management information reports (MIS).

Knowledge of CNC machine, Special Process machine and other equipment.
