Currently, we are looking for you as

Supply Chain Manager – Customs/ Export

Unlimited – Full Time – 40 hour-contract

Your mission:

• Manage inventory and end-to-end logistics flows, including stock management, consumption analysis, campaign planning and supplier-to-customer coordination

• Monitor, optimize and continuously improve supply chain and logistics processes, driving efficiency, cost reduction and risk management

• Oversee customs, export control and compliance activities, acting as the main contact for customs agents, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing reporting and KPIs

• Operational implementation of export control in accordance with BAFA regulations and the Internal Compliance Programme (ICP), including product classification (HS/ITC), license checks and sanctions screening

• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, customer support, maintenance, warehouse and logistics teams

Candidate skills & requirements

Your skills & qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field with a strong knowledge of international trade regulations (e.g. MRP, BAFA, Incoterms, Dual Use, ICP)

• Several years of professional experience with focus on customs/ export control and MRP, ideally an IHK certification in Export and Customs Operations

• Proficient in SAP and Office365, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis, Power BI for visualization

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, comfortable in a complex, multidimensional environment

• Fluent in English and German with confidence in formal communication with authorities; French language skills are a plus
