Job description

1． 负责喷砂、喷丸和火焰喷涂自动设备的操作

2． 严格按照作业指导书进行生产

3． 严格按照公司质量规范进行生产，质量异常申报等

4． 认真执行产品质量检（尺寸，外观），保证合格产品流到下道工序

5． 按照生产节拍（标准时间）进行生产，保证生产产量

6． 认证执行每天的设备自检（AM）

7． 确保生产岗位5S清洁整理要求

8． 每天检查工位所用的工装，检具，消耗品等

9． 主管安排的其他任务

Candidate skills & requirements

1． 有1-2年喷砂、喷丸、火焰喷涂等表面处理工作经验

2． 熟悉喷枪、喷砂、喷丸机等设备的日常维护保养

3． 具备良好的质量意识，严格按照标准进行操作和检验

4． 会使用一般测量仪器，如：千分尺

5． 工作认真，遵守公司安全作业要求，穿戴个人防护用品

6． 能上三班, 吃苦耐劳，工作积极主动

7． 高中/中专以上学历

8． 接受优秀机械加工大专应届毕业生
