Job description

Material Planning:

·  To secure supply of materials without shortage

a. Weekly refill for materials

b. Analyze historical usage & current defined theoretical consumption, propose reasonable Safety stock/Reorder point if necessary

c. Weekly review materials that stock below defined Safety stock, identify risks if there is

d. Anticipate risk impacting supply of material in daily work and highlight in time

e. Lead action meeting for shortage mitigation

·  Inventory Control

a. Propose reasonable yearly/monthly inventory budget of materials

b. Ensure yearly/monthly actual inventory is match budget, if not, explain gap, define improvement plan

·  Lead/Participate improving project to better accomplish planning KPI

a. Know current material supply procedure and detect deviations

b. Lead/Participate improvement to secure material supply and control inventory

Production Planning:

·  Customer Order

a. Receive and analyze customer order, exchange with customer about abnormal evolution and make reasonable proposal

b. Follow customer backlog, recover plan based on defined principles

·  Production Planning

a. Generate yearly MPS plan ensuring MPS and S&OP consistency and respecting stock policy

b. Update short term MPS based on latest demand, material availability etc, simulate and propose with different conditions, escalate in case of abnormity impacting OTD/MPS/Production Plan performance

c. Lead and coordination with production and supporting functions to ensure accomplishment of OTD/MPS/Production Plan/Inventory performance

·  Delivery

a. Work on delivery plan with balanced customer POS, priority, Line performance;

b. Align different support functions to ensure the realization of the delivery plan

c. Timely exchange with customer for delivery plan, in case under backlog recover

Candidate skills & requirements

· 
Bachelor's degree or above

· 
CPIM or equivalent is preferred

· 
5 years' experience or above in planning related

· 
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

· 
Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skills with the ability to service external customers and support internal customers

· 
Strong team player and willing to growth, hard work and detail oriented.

·
