职位描述

• Collaborate with the supply chain to reasonably schedule production plans across workshops based on customer demand, and oversee the execution and adjustment of production plans. 与供应链协作，根据客户需求合理安排各车间的生产计划，并监督生产计划的执行和调整；

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Facility, Process , and Quality assurance teams to effectively coordinate various supporting activities (such as PEF, maintenance, material coordination, equipment upgrades, etc.) and minimize their impact on the execution of production plans. 与供应链，维修，厂务，工艺，质量协作，合理安排各项辅助活动（PEF，维护，物料协调，设备升级改造,…)，控制其对于生产计划执行的影响

• Monitor the production execution status and control the WIP level 监控生产执行情况并控制WIP水平

• Leadtime monitor and controlling 生产周期监控和控制

• Coordinate the resolution of issues during the execution of workshop plans and ensure the completion of plans across all workshops. 协调各车间计划执行中的问题解决，督促各个车间计划的完成。

• Follow HSE responsibility 遵守HSE责任
