Job description

1． Be responsible for the operation of shot peening automatic equipment.

负责喷丸自动设备的操作

2． Strictly carry out production operations in accordance with the manufacturing instruction;

严格按照作业指导书进行生产和操作

3． Strictly follow the company's quality standards for production, authorized production and DA

declaration, etc.

严格按照公司质量规范进行生产，授权生产，DA 申报等等

4． Carefully carry out product quality inspection (size, appearance) to ensure that qualified

products flow to the next process.

认真执行产品质量检（尺寸，外观），保证合格产品流到下个工序

5． Produce according to the takt time (standard time) to ensure production output.

按照生产节拍（标准时间）进行生产，保证生产产量

6． Carefully perform daily self-inspection of equipment（AM）.

认真执行每天的设备自检（AM）

7． Adhere to the 5S cleaning and tidying up every day.

坚持每天的5S清洁整理

8． Inspect the inspection tools used at the workstation every day.

每天检查工位所用的检具

9． Perform other tasks assigned by the cell leader, shift leader and supervisor.

执行组长、领班、主管指派的其他任务

Candidate skills & requirements

1．Have 1-2 years of experience in shot penning of precision components;

有1-2年从事精密零部件的喷丸经验；

2．Give priority to those who have experience in operating robots;

有操作机器人经验的优先考虑；

3．Near vision and color perception must comply with the relevant requirements of

EN4179;

近视力和辨色力需符合EN4179的相关要求；

4．Can read drawings;

可以阅读图纸；

5．Can use general measuring instruments, such as dial indicator and micrometer;

会使用一般测量仪器，如：百分表，千分尺；

6．Work diligently and abide by company discipline;

工作认真，遵守公司纪律；

7．Have good quality awareness and teamwork spirit;

有良好质量意识和团队合作精神；

8．Able to work three shifts, hardworking and proactive;

能上三班, 吃苦耐劳，工作主动；

9．Mechanical processing technical secondary school or above degree;

机械加工中专以上学历；

10．Accept excellent mechanical processing college graduates;
