职位描述

1.Follow HSE responsibility. 遵守HSE责任。

2.Manufacturing process surveillance, including but not limited制造过程监督，包括但不限于:

-Monitor if operations followed the IT/ITP, especially when IT/ITP updating, newcomers on board监督生产操作是否遵循IT/ITP，特别是在IT/ITP更新、新员工加入时。

-Monitor if operations followed the quality rules (refer to quality habilitation training material), like operators qualification, JO stamp, data recording, file archiving, etc., 监控生产操作是否遵循质量规则（参考质量适应培训材料），如操作员资格、工单印章、数据记录、文件归档等。

-Lead the deviations solving relevant with quality detected during audit (including internal audit, 20min, customer/external audit) or daily activities, 主导解决在审核中（包括内部审核、20分钟、客户/外部审核）或日常活动中发现的与质量相关的偏差。

-Monitor the machines maintenance & periodic checking status.监控机器维护和定期检查状态。

-Monitor the material storage condition, validity. 监控材料储存条件、有效性。

-Monitor the calibration status and label on site. 监控现场校准状态和标签。

-Monitor if parameters out of tolerance, work together with Process Engineers and Production/Maintenance to deal with the nonconformity and follow the RCA & Actions. 监控参数是否超出公差，与工艺工程师和生产/维护部门合作处理不符合项，并遵循根本原因分析&行动计划。

-Process FMEA management, such as risk identification ,analysis and control. 过程FMEA管理，如风险识别、分析和控制。

-Quality data management, statistical analysis. 质量数据管理、统计分析。

3.Product nonconformity treatment产品不合格处理

-Pilot the nonconforming parts treatment, relevant DA processing. 主导不合格零件处理，开具不合格证。

4.Material quality control材料质量控制

-In charge of relevant production materials incoming inspection specification and validate the report. 负责相关生产材料进料检验规范，并验证报告。

-Treatment of nonconforming materials detected during IMI and production, manage NQAR when necessary, relevant supplier performance assessment. 处理来料检验和生产过程中发现的不合格材料，必要时管理供应商不合格整改要求，及相关供应商绩效评估。

5.Measurement data accuracy测量数据精度

-launch or monitor the measurement R&R, correlation, monitor the measurement system to assure the data accuracy. 启动或监控测量重复性再现性分析、相关性，监控测量系统以确保数据准确性。

6.DVI topics supporting支持新产品导入项目

-Participate in DVI risk analysis，Monitor the validation status of DVI. 参与新产品导入项目风险分析，监控新产品导入项目的验证状态。

·  ENQA treatment if relevant 客户投诉处理（如相关）

-Lead the disposition of ENQA relevant, including root cause analysis and improvement actions following. 主导客户投诉相关事务的处理，包括根本原因分析和后续改进措施。

8.Quality improvement project 质量改进项目

-Lead or participant in project such as human factor, GB project. 主导或参与项目，如人为因素、GB项目。

9.Manage direct responsible working instruction training/updating管理直接负责的工作指导培训/更新。

10.Supplier management when assigned供应商管理（如有分配）

-Participate in supplier audit, supplier performance assessment, in charge of quality problem resolving.参与供应商审核、供应商绩效评估，负责解决质量问题。

候选人能力&要求

1.Basic knowledge on casting, mechanics, materials or related majors.具备铸造、机械、材料或相关专业的基本知识。

2.Familiar with ISO9001/AS9100 quality system is preferred.熟悉ISO9001/AS9100质量体系者优先。

3.Familiar with process quality management and quality tools, such as FMEA, 8D, control plan, process capability, statistical analysis, problem solving skills etc..熟悉过程质量管理和质量工具，如FMEA、8D、控制计划、过程能力、统计分析、问题解决技能等。

4.Capable of leading quality problem solving & quality improvement.能够主导解决质量问题和质量改进。

5.Fluent in written and oral English.英语听说读写流利。

6.Proficient in using office software , power BI.熟练使用办公软件、power BI。

7.Good quality sense, ownership sense for work. 良好的质量意识，对工作有主人翁意识。

8.Good at communication , organization among cross function team .良好的跨职能团队之间的组织沟通能力。

·  With knowledge with Lean, 6 sigma and statistics analysis. 具备精益、六西格玛和数据分析的知识。
