Job description
We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to apply their classroom knowledge in a professional setting and develop practical skills in IT support and administration.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in providing technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Help install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic IT problems and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Assist in managing IT assets, including inventory tracking and documentation.
• Participate in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups.
• Support IT projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior IT staff.
• Contribute to the development and updating of IT documentation and procedures.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT field.

Candidate skills & requirements
Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or recent graduate.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
