We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Industrialisation team as our Industrialisation Delivery Manager at our Pitstone site.
Your Mission
As our Industrialisation Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our industrial strategy and delivering critical programs. Acting as the right hand to the Head of Industrialisation, you will ensure the seamless deployment of new technologies, efficient resource management, and robust governance across multiple projects and teams.

Candidate skills & requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day industrialisation operations, monitoring KPIs and consolidating reporting.
• Coordinate team resources - managing load-capacity planning and ensuring readiness gates are met.
• Oversee risk mitigation and operational performance, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Develop and deploy our Industrialisation Capability Roadmap (People, Processes, Tools/Methods, Systems, Knowledge/Data).
• Directly manage and mentor Engineers and Leads, deputising for the Head of Industrialisation as required.
• Implement and maintain portfolio governance, department budgets, and workforce planning.
• Champion innovation projects and continuous improvement initiatives—delivering benefits through new technologies and process improvements.
• Maintain active stakeholder engagement, both internally and within the supply base, driving collaborative solutions.
What You'll Bring
• Demonstrable operational leadership in industrialisation or manufacturing engineering with multi-program management experience.
• Significant background in complex, dynamic component manufacturing - NPI (New Product Introduction) expertise preferred.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Production Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Track record of successful technology/process introductions with measurable benefits: DFM & DTC targets, Lean, APQP/PPAP/SPC practices.
• Skilled in project management, industrial transfer, and building robust supply chain relationships.
• Continuous improvement driver
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing 4.0 technologies and industry standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven stakeholder influence.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in PLM, MES, ERP, and MS Office.
• Ability to understand, read, and write in English.
Desirable:
• Experience leading teams in a regulated environment.
• Green Belt/Black Belt
