Job description
Within Safran Aerosystems Customer Support & Services Division, you will support the HR function by providing an efficient and streamlined service with regard to all HR-related administrative procedures. You will contribute to activities including recruitment, employee communication and payroll. The role will support the full employee HR lifecycle and ensure Safran Group HR processes are followed and implemented appropriately across the UK site and Group KPI reporting is maintained.
Your main missions and objectives will be to understand the fundamentals of HR and which processes and responsibilities are within a HR Team's scope. You will receive adequate dedicated time to your learning and completion of a HR Apprenticeship qualification, which will be balanced with supporting the business and obtaining real and relevant experience for a career in HR.
Candidate skills & requirements
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
• GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines
• The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and in all circumstances
• Basic understanding and proficiency of Microsoft Office suite
