Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Financial Performance Analyst, you'll play a pivotal part on our Finance team. As part of the Safran Cabin Financial Performance Department, the Financial Performance Analyst supports the company's financial long/short-term planning process and its standardization cross division as well as the decision making process to optimize companies resource allocation (e.g. Headcount, Capex, OPEX, etc).
This role supports the VP financial performance as well as central finance team to ensure that the company's financial resources are optimally aligned with strategic objectives at the best cost.
Additionally the role supports the central finance team on various financial aspects, including but not limited to the preparation of group presentations and underlying analysis, as well as strategic projects
The role reports to the VP Financial Performance
Summary of Duties:
• Analyze Safran Cabin overall financial performance including all relevant KPI's, identify opportunities for value creation and make recommendations on improvement areas, as well track improvement actions decided
• Support the central finance team on Actuals, Rofo, Actu, MTP and Budget processes to ensure a proper and aligned presentation to Safran Group
• Ensure that initiatives are financially tracked according to Safran procedures and that performance is in line with the company's strategic goals. Support the implementation of financial monitoring systems to track the progress, costs, and ROI.
• Propose, develop, standardize and recommend controlling processes to improve efficiency, accuracy of forecasts and variances.
• Critically review the adequacy of resource usage (Headcount, OPEX, CapEx…) to ensure that financial planning aligns with workload and strategic business needs. Propose adjustments to resource allocation in order to optimize operational and financial outcomes at the best cost.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and monitoring on specific topics and perform all other duties as assigned.

The expected salary range for this position is between $70,310 - $91,870 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
Candidate skills & requirements
Computer Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Office (including Excel & Word) and Windows operating system.
• Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems to supply the most accurate financial information.
• Knowledge of the IFRS standards
• Familiar with ERP system

• Ability to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Unquestioned business ethics, honesty, transparency and integrity
