Currently, we are looking for you as
Facility Coordinator
Unlimited – Full Time – 40 hour-contract
Your mission:
• Ensuring efficient and compliant facility operations by managing day-to-day building tasks and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Supporting HSE activities by implementing HSE Group Standards (e.g. fire prevention and protection, emergency management including evacuation tests, etc.)
• Coordinating technical systems and maintenance by overseeing operators and managing preventive and corrective actions.
• Managing on-site service provider by supervising contractors and coordinating interfaces.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and enhancing safety, efficiency and asset performance.
• Supporting building security activities by ensuring good application of the group procedure, being a focal point for internal and external stakeholders and participating to security audits
• Supporting the implementation of our Group Low Carbon Standard (energy monitoring, Photovoltaic system, etc.)
Candidate skills & requirements
Your skills & qualifications:
• Having completed a technical or commercial training or an equivalent qualification, you ideally bring some hands-on experience in facility management or a similar operational role.
• First experiences in HSE, building operations, technical systems or vendor management add valuable expertise.
• Driven by a solution-oriented mindset, you enjoy organizing workflows, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
• You are confident working with Office365 and ideally experienced with facility management, maintenance or ERP systems.
• Switching between German and English written or spoken, you're confident communicating with colleagues, contractors and service providers.
