Job description

El practicante de Finance Controlling brindará apoyo al equipo en actividades relacionadas con el análisis financiero, control de gastos y mejora continua de procesos. Su principal contribución será la automatización de tareas y reportes, así como la optimización de flujos de trabajo que permitan incrementar la eficiencia operativa del área. Participará en actividades de cierre mensual, elaboración de reportes, análisis de variaciones y proyectos especiales orientados a digitalización y estandarización.

El practicante apoyará al área de Finance Controlling mediante el desarrollo de soluciones digitales que permitan automatizar procesos, mejorar la eficiencia operativa y optimizar la generación de reportes. Su rol se centrará en crear flujos, aplicaciones y herramientas utilizando Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI y otras tecnologías que faciliten el análisis financiero y la estandarización de información. Colaborará con el equipo para entender necesidades, proponer mejoras y transformar procesos manuales en procesos automatizados y sostenibles.

Candidate skills & requirements

Formación:

·  Estudiante de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Industrial, TI, Software o afines.

Habilidades técnicas:

· 
Manejo de Power Apps, Power Automate y Power BI.

· 
Conocimientos básicos de programación (Python, SQL o VBA).

· 
Excel intermedio-avanzado.

Enfoque del rol:

·  Automatizar procesos y crear soluciones digitales para el área de Finance Controlling.
