JOB SUMMARY

To meet the requirements of the master plan, through the development and control of the production plan.

· 
Control production levels and ship finished product on time and in the correct manner by creating production plans and providing support to the production area to maintain process flow.

· 
Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.

· 
Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of the job.

· 
Maintain control of manufacturing orders by analyzing the manufacturing order report generated in the ERP (M3) to prevent lost manufacturing orders on the production floor, as this generates negative adjustments that impact the P&L of the affected program.

· 
Coordinate and follow up on action messages generated by M3 through the message action report generated in the ERP to ensure a production scenario aligned with changing demand.

Ensure compliance with the production plan through resource planning in coordination with the operations team and other support areas to promote the timely completion of finished products and thus meet on-time deliveries to customers.

· 
Provide support for production control and monitoring activities on the production floor using designated tools (assortment plan, shortage report, NCR report, among others) to promote continuous flow on the production floor and achieve greater efficiency.

· 
Generate the production plan based on internal capabilities and master production schedule requirements to ensure on-time production and positive COTD results.

· 
Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.

Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts

EDUCATION

·  University.

ENGLISH LEVEL

·  Intermediate English.

EXPERIENCE

·  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

COMPUTER SKILLS

· 
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· 
Experience with ERP systems.

OTHER SKILLS

·  CPIM Certification (Desirable
