Job description

Lead and drive the progress plan and performance improvement network of the entity.

Lead major improvement projects contributing to enhance the performance of the organization.

Promotes continuous improvement mindset and coach/train on Lean-Sigma methodologies.

Summary of Responsibilities:

To implement the structure of the project management.

To identify the need of resources and negotiate their provision with the sponsor.

To Identify & implement ambitious improvement projects using methods such as Lean Sigma

To drive the project in incorporating its change management

To support and coach project pilots for Green Belt projects and develop their skills.

To train employees and facilitate use of Lean-Sigma Methodologies such as 5S, QRQC, Participative innovation etc.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in the use of common software packages including MS Office suite - Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint

Spoken and written communication skills in French and English are required.

Knowledge of project management and risks management.

Knowledge of leverages of changes in complex organizations and solve difficult problems in complex situations.

Knowledge of the Lean Sigma tools and methods – Minimum of Green Belt Certification or Black Belt Preferred

Skills in working across diverse and multidisciplinary teams.

Candidate skills & requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Operations.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Supply

Chain; Customer Services; Production; Quality; Engineering; Information Technology; Logistics or Planning.
