The Continuous Improvement Leader's role is to complement and strengthen the execution of the management strategy. They are responsible for implementing the manager's directives through effective project management, facilitating the adoption of advanced technologies and world-class methodologies. Their focus is on optimizing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and safety, implementing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, and acting as a change agent at all organizational levels. They collaborate closely with different areas (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations) and foster talent development by training teams in improvement tools.

Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the continuous improvement strategy across all production lines, aligning it with management guidelines, business objectives, and industry best practices.

Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and optimize key manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and quality, while reducing lead times and waste.

Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma: Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects, ensuring the adoption of standardized work and process controls (5S, OS Kaizen, Green/Black Belts, One SAFRAN, QRQC, Participative Innovation).
Change Management: Drive change initiatives by engaging stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their buy-in, and executing successful transformation projects.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align improvement initiatives with the organization's overall objectives.

KPIs and Performance Measurement: Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving data-driven decision-making and reporting progress to management.

Training and Coaching: Guide and train employees in continuous improvement tools, fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous learning.

Digital Transformation: Integrate Industry 4.0 solutions, leveraging automation, IoT, and advanced analytics to further drive process efficiency and innovation.

Sustainability Improvement: Lead initiatives that improve environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and waste reduction in manufacturing processes.

Benchmarking and Best Practices: Research and implement best practices from global leaders in the aerospace industry to ensure a competitive advantage and regulatory compliance. Define project boundaries with the sponsor's assistance. Engage experts in team dynamics.

Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.

Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.
Perfil solicitado
EDUCATION
·
Master's degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration (MBA).
·
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or higher certification).
·
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (If external, must be certified by SAFRAN).
·
Additional certifications in Change Management, Operational Excellence, or Digital Manufacturing.
·
Programming language skills (desirable)
ENGLISH LEVEL
· Advanced English.
EXPERIENCE
·
Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
·
Strong project management and leadership skills
·
Proficient in digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts
·
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
·
Experience with ERP and MES systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
