Technical Consultant (Innovation Center)

Job description

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading enterprise AI platform specializing in conversational agents for business process automation and optimization. We are looking for a Technical Consultant (Innovation Center) to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level solutions to fit client needs and environment during the deal process
• Build and deliver custom-made industry-specific demos for new prospects and clients
• Create powerful POCs (Proof of Concepts) for prospects and customers
• Present and demonstrate solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships and handling technical objections and issues throughout the entire sales cycle
• Be an evangelist of DRUID tools by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution
• Drive end-user adoption of DRUID products through events, seminars, webinars, technical training, and other activities as appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German and fluency in business-level English
• Experience working as a Technical Presales Engineer or Technical Consultant
• Ability to understand customer's business needs and translate them to a Druid solution
• Experience in building custom demos and POCs
• Good balance of business and technical skills Database (MS SQL, Oracle), JavaScript, API (REST / SOAP)
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, storyteller, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to have conversations on IT- and C-level
• Deep industry knowledge is a plus
• Enthusiasm for technology

Desired profile

Bachelor's degree or higher, native or bilingual fluency in German and fluency in professional English, experience as a technical pre-sales engineer or technical consultant, ability to understand customers' business needs and translate them into Druid solutions, experience in creating custom demonstrations and POCs, good balance between business and technical skills: databases (MS SQL, Oracle), JavaScript, API (REST/SOAP), strong verbal, written, presentation, storytelling and interpersonal communication skills, ability to converse at IT and C levels, in-depth knowledge of the industry is a plus, enthusiasm for technology.
