Accounting & Reporting Manager

Job description

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a global provider of integrated human resources solutions, specializing in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, and consultancy services. We are looking for a Accounting & Reporting Manager to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate month-end and year-end closing at group level
• Keeping balance sheet files and reconciliations
• Consolidation of all entities and monitoring intercompany processes and eliminations
• Preparation and documentation of consolidated financial statements
• Coordinating financial statements and corporate tax returns with local service providers
• Primary point of contact for external auditor, preparing audit files and following up on findings
• Monitoring laws, regulations, and deadlines for filing
• Designing and implementing a risk/controls framework and monitoring key internal controls
• Leading the accounting team, providing coaching, continuous improvement, and conducting appraisal interviews

Requirements

• Completed university education in Accountancy, Business Economics, Finance, or similar
• RA/CPA/ACCA certification is a strong advantage
• 7-12 years of relevant experience in an international environment
• Demonstrable experience with consolidation, external reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with consolidation software such as Lucanet or HFM
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or MS BC
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI is a plus
• Ability to lead and coach a team
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
