Content Moderator (TikTok)

Job description

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a global provider of integrated human resources solutions, specializing in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, and consultancy services. We are looking for a Content Moderator (TikTok) to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and moderate content according to TikTok policies
• Evaluate content quality and identify inappropriate material
• Understand user intent and classify content accurately
• Provide feedback to improve policies and processes
• Monitor trends and patterns of problematic content
• Report sensitive cases and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Romanian and English
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage
• Familiarity with social media, especially TikTok
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Higher education is a plus
• Language level should be around C1
• Ability to evaluate content quality and identify inappropriate material
• Capability to monitor trends and patterns of problematic content
• Strong understanding of user intent and ability to classify content accurately
• Proficiency in providing feedback to improve policies and processes

Desired profile

Good knowledge of Romanian and English, knowledge of an additional foreign language (Russian, Ukrainian, French, Italian, Hungarian, Polish, German, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Dutch, Swedish) is an asset. Familiarity with social media, especially TikTok. Great attention to detail and analytical thinking. Advanced degree is a plus. Language level around C1.
