Backend Developer (Mid/Senior)

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading provider of HR solutions that connects talented individuals with top companies worldwide, offering industry insights and training. We are looking for a Backend Developer (Mid/Senior) to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Backend development
• System integrations
• API design
• Event-driven architecture
• Production support activities
• Collaborate with architects, frontend teams, product teams, and technical leads
• Support technology transformation toward Node.js / TypeScript ecosystem

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial backend development experience for mid-level
• 6+ years of commercial backend development experience for senior-level
• Strong knowledge of Java 21+ and Spring Boot 3.x
• Experience designing REST APIs and integrating multiple systems
• Understanding of asynchronous flows, messaging concepts, and distributed systems
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• Experience with monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and reliability practices
• English B2+ proficiency for technical documentation and collaboration
• Senior-level candidates must demonstrate system design examples and production ownership
• Experience leading technology transformation or migration initiatives

Desired profile

More than 4 years of experience in backend business development for an intermediate level, and more than 6 years for a senior level. Solid knowledge of Java 21+ and Spring Boot 3.x.
