TECHNICAL DEVELOPER - NUTRITION/BEVERAGES/DAIRY

What We Need

We are seeking a Technical Developer for Specialized Nutrition/Beverages & Dairy to join our team and be responsible for developing defined valuable solutions to help support our customers.

What You'll Do

·  Develop a strong technical relationship with regional customers to evaluate their needs.
·  Define in house best solutions to promote or to develop, pulling customers’ projects in our application centers.
·  Support customers R&D group in the use of our solutions to develop innovative consumer product.
·  Ensure follow up of technical opportunities to ensure success, with the sales team
·  Participate to customers visits, food exhibitions, conferences, trainings (50 % outdoors)
·  Contribute to our virtual support offer.
·  Contribute to a safe and environmentally friendly workplace

What You'll Need

·  Master degree or PhD with a 3 to 5 years’ experience in specialized nutrition development.
·  A specific background on proteins is sought. 
·  Value creation, negotiation skills.
·  Project management skills
·  Communication skills
·  Act as a valuable team player
·  Making decisions with speed and determination
·  Discipline and compliance
·  Drive for quality and excellence
