People Strategy

·  Supervisione e guida nella attività di Performance Management
·  Supporto proattivo ai Manager nell'individuazione interna dei Talenti
·  Valorizzazione dei Talenti attraverso la stesura di un piano di crescita ad hoc

Relazioni

·  Gestione delle Relazioni Industriali e Sindacali
·  Tenuta dei rapporti esterni con Enti Pubblici e Privati
·  (Federchimica, Confindustria, Segreterie Provinciali -OO.SS, Organismo di vigilanza, Studi Legali)
·  Relazione con le funzioni apicali aziendali (CdA, CEO, Collegio Sindacale) Aspetti giuslavoristici

Aspetti giuslavoristici

·  Gestione dei provvedimenti disciplinari e del contenzioso
·  Miglioramento del template contrattuale relativo all'onboarding
·  Verifica della Compliance GDPR (tenuta registri - gestionale OneTrust)

Certificazioni

·  Gestione Audit delle Certificazioni aziendali

Requisiti

·  Studi universitari in ambito giuridico
·  Esperienza decennale in ruoli HR simili
·  Esperienza in politiche di Performance Management
·  Competenze nella definizione di provvedimenti disciplinari e del contenzioso
·  Abilità nella gestione delle Relazioni Industriali e Sindacali
·  Conoscenza CCNL Chimica Industria (plus)
·  Ottima padronanza Pacchetto Office. In particolare, Excel e PowerPoint livello avanzato (obbligatorio)
·  Livello Inglese avanzato (obbligatorio)
